i have been wanting a muscle bike for some time now and thanks to this fourm its going to happen, every part on this build i got from the wanted section,so thanks to ozzynut2,bobsbikes8,CCR,greg66 and lopo68 ! this is what i got so far i got the frame in and i had to get the seat tube out,i tried every thing and had no luck so i went to plan b. i made a internal sleve and welded a cut off handelbar to the seat post,i should be able to pull whellies all day long!

i realy like the paint on this frame but i wanted to try something new so i degreased the frame and shot some transperent red over it what do ya think?

That's an interesting idea, still has 'patina', but it's got a new candy shell......hmmmm..... :roll:

Cool ideas-- the seat post, and the candy paint. Might use the seat post trick on my PERP, already thought of doing candy over bare metal on another bike-- Thanks!

i got my forks in today and man do i got my work cut out for me. the sterrer tube is to long so i'll need to cut out a inch then i will need to bend the forks to get the front down and then try to match the frame paint

those forks can be "raked" without bending

flip the dropouts, right to left

i got the fork done i took a inch out of the fork tube,cleaned them up with a wire wheel and fliped the rockers then sprayed em. they came out way dark but i am going to fab up a wheelie bar so i will make the fork and wheelie bar the same color. also i cleared the frame and that really brought out the paintina now i just need my apes and tiers and my parts for the parachute set up 8)

That paint looks like whats on my '67 Roadmaster Skyrider . . . only better! Hmm, maybe I need to get a spray can of clear! :idea:
