Still needs the shift cable run and a few small adjustments, but here she is. Need headbadge screws, cable clamps and a cable stop, small parts where the cable connects to the actuator, etc

I'm so jealous of your coaster brake setup. If HodgePodge hadn't been on such a strict budget I'd have been in the market for a 3-speed just like yours. You've also kinda got me reconsidering my chain guard... we'll see.

Starting with a ~'59-'60 Hawthorne Hercules I found living behind some guys house with 3000 other bikes last summer.

This picture right here is really good. It shows the curves of the frame, the cool color, the shiny stuff--man, that is a really good picture of your bike. I thought your bike was cool before; this picture shows just how cool it is.

Neat curves in frame and nice build, I like the moss patina on the original, guess the green retains the look. Bike looks mighty fine.
