I like the beer logo revision idea. I think you can be pretty close to the same, take some stuff off the beer label, change color of the word 'Falstaff', etc.

It appears you are moving away from the 'Caddy' idea. Which, I don't think is all bad. I guess I would be conscious of it so you don't get a weird mix of themes, and then lose your punch.
Not so much moving away from it, just an idea.
Cadillac did make an ElCamino style truck once.

Now That's ^ cool! I did not know that RattaCadilmino was ever around. The El Camino is still probably my most cherished vintage car. Just something about having a car, that acts like a truck. But looks like a car. Not sure what it is, but I've always liked them.

It was the Cadillac Mirage.

Since my days off seem to be filled with stuff besides working on my bike, I may as well post pics of cars.

Here you go

I'm not gonna cut up the body, just thinking of putting a shop logo on it.

Sorry got carried away finding old caddy trucks.
How big are you thinking on the logo?

It's cool. No worries.

I'll have to measure that area to figure that out. I don't want it to over power the body.

Google Cadillac flower cars. There's a whole range of years they were built. Custom one offs for funeral homes to haul flowers in.

Carl.
I'm familiar with them.
I might one day build a trailer to haul bikes.
