Started off with a Dutch folding bike , with the idea of making a sorta something like a Spacelander. A Chopped Kustom with a K Spacelander with a nod to Dan Dare comics Pulled bits off the scrap pile , made a skeleton, and carved the bodywork from Blue/Expanding foam . Mudguards are made of lots of other mudguards ( theres about 10 in the front one ) NSU Quickly forks

love the bike, there has to be some kind of atomic cafe or a retro futurism exhibit somewhere near the house you can take that thing to for a photo shoot. A little showmanship goes a long way with the judges (1935 or 36 i forgot Dallas Worlds fair architecture in the background)

I'd love to photo shop it into this background for you but that is cheating

I may or may not have sent some friends to pick up your bike. No weirdos or anything

and your bike already has "fan art". You can have that image of course
Wow , I love that , I may find something interesting to use as a background, but it is an absolute mare to get the flake to show up in photos . The photos I did had floodlights riggedeither side . So yeah building stuff , ok ...taking a decent photo , not so lol

Absolutely beautiful. Agree on another photo shoot. I don’t think the current first image shows off your work as well as it could. Maybe try looking for an area where you can get the bike in shade with some strong reflected sun light. Sun bouncing up from a light ground or an adjacent wall should make that metal flake pop. Simple background and a lower angle might help too. Great work.

The work on this is incredible! I agree on the photo change, even your second one is better than the first. The first photo, just a reminder, is your Final Photo for the voting booth.
Another thing to edit in to your Finished Thread is just to copy and paste a link to your build thread. Then first time viewers ( there are a lot of them, trust me) to your Finished Thread can go back and see the incredible process you undertook to create this 'out of this world' build!

SpaCe RaT oN~!
