Re-Stitch a seat back together?

Where would I take it and how much would you think?

I got this roadmaster seat from a pretty recent find and I'd like the orginal seat to be on the bike rather than a black one.

Or does anyone have this seat for sale that's not un-done?

well u can take it to a upholstery shop that does cars and such, but it will have to be completly taken apart , the stitch from the inside typically. hopefully vinyl is not to died out , may have to redo , they will probably have material to match up just not faded. it has a tendency to rip once it is dry and old.

I have taken em apart and re-laced them through the old needle holes with fishing string with good results...
