Real or reproduction phantom

not sure if you can tell by the pic, being advertised as a 1954 phantom. Is it real? I know the stem,bars and seat are wrong, anything else? If it's real what's the value? Thanks

That's all the seller posted. He has on the listing to make an offer, so I offered $100. He laughed at that and said he had a $400 offer. He posted it again and I offered $200 he then said he had an offer of $325. I told him that's it for me so good luck.

Yeah, that bike has a lot of incorrect stuff on it---incorrect even for the 1995 repro bikes. The repro bikes are worth a pretty penny too, though. I think that if he had a $400 offer, he'd have already sold it....
