Rear rack struts??

Any tips on making a set of struts to connect the rack to the rear wheel axle?
I bought a rack for my fire jet, but the struts were missing.

Looking for diy or maybe just a generic set so I can out this rack on.

How about a fender brace? Either from a junk fender or you can get new Wald fender braces from Amazon etc. for cheap.

Wald also makes struts that support a front wire basket, they might be a little longer than fender struts. For diy you can hammer the ends of small tubing flat and drill a hole, if you have any junk frames around you could cut out the seat stays and use them.

Good idea. Just did a quick search and found these for just a couple of bucks each.
