I bought this mousy little bike a few months of ago. It was going to be a surprise gift to my brother-in-law who is a really nice hardworking guy who does not have the funds to spend on builds but helps everyone else. He thought he was building it for a co-worker of mine, but was actually building it for himself. Surprised him with it this past Saturday.

Went from this :

To this:

Had to make some mods on the frame to put that fat 26 3 tire on back. Also had Jim from Sprockets. Bicycle shop in Porter, TX help with the springer forks which were very difficult to put on and required additional mods to get them to fit.

A very cool bike and my brother-in-law was very touched by the gift.

Well to start with, the fork post that came with the bike was threaded and too short. Jim at Sprockets had a larger one that fit perfect. Didn't have to cut it but the flange on top had to be ground and bent a little to fit well. Used a BMX handlebar stem as well. The same setup I have on my Dyno.
