That looks like the Robert Q Riley cruiser plans I have for...Also one I considered. Glad to hear another is in the works!
I based it on the groundhugger.

I have fascinated by recumbents for a long time. This summer I got a Bachetta Cafe used and swapped out a bunch of parts.

Nice recumbents in this thread!

Sorry, a little bit offtopic but:

I am developing a soft spot for a "front wheel drive", "low racer" recumbent for a few weeks now.

Via ratrodbikes, I saw the "flowroller" design, a design that really appeals to me (aside from the very short headtube that probably gives it a lot of flex):

I found a build thread on this bike if interested.

Thinking of building a recumbent like this:
Steel (CroMo) / Wood materials.
26inch balloon tires.
Derailleur gearing / IGH.
Drumbrakes / Coaster brake.
Fast!
Comfortable.

@karl are you in? ;)

I can't find much info on the Flowroller:
Geometry? More specific: Headtube angle.
How does this thing ride? Does pedalling affect steering much?
