Don't know if anybody makes em' black with a red wall,like the cars had back in the 60's or 70's. Or a red pin stripe on the rim.

i'd say black. the only way i'd go with red there is if there were some other red accessories (hand grips, chain guard or whatever), or if they were red line tires.

The red would make it POP.
