They are 23 X 3.0 from the Felt El Guapo. They ride great!

Picked this up from roadside trash on the way home last week, it had a warped rear wheel and bad crank bearings. Put on red wheels and whitewalls, also picked up from trash day throwaways, and had my first flat black/red wheels/whitewalls bike. It sold in 5 minutes on CL today.

heres my stingray...formerly a BRATZ bike... i justfinished scrubbing the red paint off of the chromebut decided to leave the wheels
