Had a friend pick up this mid 80's Redline for me before he headed back to Texas.

It has 800p decals on it, but folks on one of the FB groups said that it was most likely a frame and fork kit that someone purchased and built up to their liking. The serial number shows that it's American made. The bike has the Redline Forklifter freestyle bars, Redline Brute stem, Pro Class wheels laced to Chair 8000 sealed hubs.

Looks perfect!

I had one of those stems with the matching bars. That was the best bar clamping set-up I have ever owned.

I had always liked the way these handlebars looked, but had never seen them in person. Got on the bike today and thought...man these bars are nice. I can see why they were sought after back in the day.

So when is the vintage BMX museum opening up in your garage, I'll try making it a goal to come visit
