Could somebody tell me what size rim I need for electra fattio tire 24x3... thanks in advance

The common 24" mtb or "cruiser" rims that take decimal size, i.o.w. 1.5, 1.75, 1.95, 2.125 etc.. AKA 50-507, 57-507, Any rim with an ISO 507 diameter. http://www.isisconsulting.org/catalog/bike/p2010.htm
