If i had hair, I'd be pulling it out now.

The S-2 rims are called 26 X 2.125 but they 're really 40MM wide at the widest outside point of the rim, so they're really 1-9/16" wide. Then you see rims listed as 26 X 1.75. Is the '1.75' the width of the rim or what width tire the rim will accommodate?

It would be nice if the makers would list the exact specs of these rims so we could get a better idea on whether the rim would fit our applications.

For some reason the only people that really list all the specs on a rim are road bikes. Its like grab 3 26x2.125 tires and they will all be differant heights. Nobody has a standard. Figure a 26 x 1.50 is a small tire and a 26 x 2.125 is normal baloon size 26 x 3 is big. I can stuff a 26 x3 tire on a 1 1/4 wide rim,but it will fit a 3'' wide rim too.

i sat down explaining to a difficult customer the other day about this and 20" bmx wheels. his son is on our race team and has a mini 20x1 1/8th tires. if you measure one of these they are large i think around 19 or 20 inches edge to edge. then he bought a set of expert wheels which are standard 20" i think they measure out to 18" edge to edge. he called me all pissed saying i sold him the wrong wheels and just would not get it through his head. i told him to just bring them in so i can pop a standard 20" tire on his new wheel and show him. he did still thinking i was lying and got real quiet when i mounted a 20 on it.

I found a pretty good site for Niagra Cycle Works. The peeps there are very helpful. They have a coaster set that's 41mm wide which is a bit wider than most you see out there. Pretty good price too.
