Here's some pics of my custom Road King Scooter that I put together this weekend

Features include.
Oversised front (20") and Rear (12") wheels.
Oversized tapered forks (24") with fork crowns
BMX handle bars.
Rear Caliper Brakes

All parts came from kerbside hard rubbish collection, except for the rear wheel which I have borrowed from my daughters pram, until I find a replacement. Here are some close ups.

Here's how it started it's life, with 10" plastic rims, and solid rubber tyres.

Here's the scooter I did a year or two ago. I thinking of some mods to do to it.

I like scooters, got three.........Make one for yourself. Ten times more exercise then a bike.
I "added" a few things to this one http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff18 ... 003-15.jpg But I quickly realized that the lighter it is the easier it was to kick....That one now is nothing but a frame wheels and brakes. I'm going to make one this winter.........Hey! Maybe we should have a SCOOTER BUILD OFF! :lol:
