Thought I might share this interesting neck, I bought the bike sunday and it had this neck on it. Very interesting, I have never seen it before.

Great Score! That is the the exclusive 1937 Cleveland Welding Roadmaster stem and it is very rare and valuable in the Hobby. I call it the "CWC Bellows Stem" but I think I like "Artsy Neck" better.
Was the price tag for the bike or just the stem?

I have those bars on my '46 Elgin. They originally came on an early 50's Roadmaster Flying Falcon. I flipped them over and they have the best Boardtracker look. Not sure the year of your Ladies Roadmaster. I am sure if you gave Phil the Serial he could tell you.
