H by slinginrods, on Flickr hi guys ,i picked this guy up from a coworker yesterday , i really like the frame on this,but im not a big fan of the forks,anyhow im looking for some inspiration,restore? leave as is? or build some thing cool?(my vote).show me some pics to get me started.

reminds me a little of my last Murray middleweight. I just sanded and clear coated it, then mildly customized it with parts I liked:

I was able to stuff a 2.125 in the back.

Im going to have to agree, my stock balloon framed schwinn straightbar has about 1/8" of clearance total on the chainstays with a 24x3 thick brick in there.

The jeralds barely fit in mine so 99% sure 24x3's wont w/out modifacations

looks like the 24s will go on the schwinn and the black 26s off that will go on the rollfast. ive read some where that a 24x3 is the same as a 26x 2.125 dimensionallY ?

The width of the rim it's on has a little to do with it, the 24x3 will be a little shorter overall and a little fatter overall typically.
