Anyone know what year? Has the truss rods, front basket, back bullet style reflector. I've been told maybe pre war. Not much on the internet about these. I'm thinking maybe late 30's, early 40's? Down tube is pretty distinctive. Or if anyone is pretty familiar w/ the serial #'s on these. Any advice would help. Thanks...
