Rollfast Skoot-Need Help on ID

Hey guys

So I was on craigslist and saw an ad for a Ramshorn chopper bike, apparently with "Skoot" on the frame. I did some Google-ing and found out about a bike by Rollfast called a skoot. I don't know if it had ramshorn or nor.

So, for 149 bucks, what do you think?

Looks like it has schwinn grips? If the bars are stamped schwinn under the stem they are worth some money alone

So I got a look at the bigger pics though a text...grips are definitely schwinn, and It looks like a rollfast frame to me...so I'm thinking it's bars were an add-on.

Just stumbled across this today and I couldn't resist taking it home with me. Bars and grips (non Schwinn) look original.
