Rollfast? what frame is this?

I made this for my grandpa 15 years ago...I recently got it back...now I am wondering what the frame is? while were at it I have no idea about the chainguard/sprocket either. The stem is a deco alumi Rollfast. But I think I used parts from here and there when I built it.

It's a 1960 or older CBC/Ross. The serial should start with R, followed by the year. -Adam

I had an early post war Monark with that chainguard. Has a nice 40's look. Gary
