Id say 1960s, couldn't tell ya exact year.

I agree, 60's. A boy's bike that hasn't been beaten up at all! I haven't seen that coloring on a seat before, so maybe early 60's. It probably has some vintage Ray-O-Vac batteries in the tank.

That chain guard was new for 63, so 63-6ish I'd say. -
