Traded some design work to have these wheels built for my 55 Schwinn. I had the UKAI hoops sitting around waiting.

Chuck provided the industrial front drum brake for the project. They ended up building them with heavy duty spokes so these puppies are BEEFY. :shock:

I've got a set of Holy Roller tires on order that I plan to use instead of the Quick Bricks. :wink:

They came off of a 2010 Skull Skates 26" BMX cruiser.

I love your style. The vintage frame with the OS bmx is sick. You ever tried the Sturmey archer Kick back hubs? They come in anno red and free wheel. That would look perfect on a cruiser like this. I want to build up a pork chop landracer frame and put on of those in the rear. 8)
