On my way to sell the second Austrian Sears city bike, I stopped off and picked this up for cheap.

Royce Union with new chain, new lock cable, new Topeak rack, and new Serfas Rx saddle.
I should be able to recoup my money off of either the seat or rack.

That is an interesting place to attach the rear rack on the seat tube.

I agree.
I bought this bike off of CL yesterday with no photos.
I removed the like new rack and like new saddle and just sold the bike less than two hours of re-posting it on CL with photos.
The rack and saddle are on CL now too.
