It doesnt look that good from the pic, but it was yummy: light and very flavorful. Flour tortilla lightly charred on an open flame, olive oil, sauteed fresh garlic/scallions/tomatoes (lightly), stirred into beaten eggs with just a hint of crushed red pepper and covered. Oh, and cheese! Thats why you cant hardly see any of the other toppings.

Grilled ribeye steak, green pepper, sweet onion, fajita burritos. Mixed up some Greek yogurt, cream cheese, fire roasted tomatoes as the sauce
