Well..I primed and finished the frame today in the Carport..it warmed up..yaa hooo!

The Finish on my Bike is a "Krylon Suede"it has a killer texturte to it..and it's close to the Primer Red Color I am after...

I soaked my chain..( lots of chain talk lately :lol: ) in Prosolve and wire brushed it..I am surprised it came out like NEW!

and I printed up The Art work for my Chainring..I am a HUGE lover the the "Pin Up Girl" work of The 40's 50's and early 60's
I bought some little Crystal Stars to go with it.I will laminate the Girl and glue the little stars on..then I will clear coat it all after..The color of the Chainring is also The Frame Finish Color..

I'm hoping to Finish up painting all the little bits and get er back together.......
Man ,I just want to Ride this Be-atch!

here's a little Video of The Carport..and The first of about 7 coats I put on it.
I hooked up one of my 36 inch Industrial fans after each coat..The Air
movement helps LOTS!

well..the Fender went Red and I Striped it out tonight..
I used the Striping from the Role..wish I had the skills
to pull lines with a brush like some of the artists on board..
gotta touch up the red a bit after
scratchin it up with The Knife..

i got all the wood strips glued to the Tank and I'm
going to Caulk em out tommorow before Paint..

I wanna finish this thing this week..
it's mentally burnin me out! :lol: :lol: :lol:

thanks guys..it means a lot..cause I am at that point where I
just want it done.....I rode it after I installed the suicide shifter and I am itchin to Ride it again!

Today I re-packed all the bottom bracket,Blacked out The wald Pedals in t3 Hot Rod Black, and put another finish
coat of Krylon Satin Clear
( I will coat the whole bike 3 or 4 times too )on
The Chainring and it spins nice and smoooooth!
The Tank is drying and just about
ready to be Pin Striped..
maybe some pic's of That Tomorrow....

I want my Kitchen Back! :lol: :lol: :lol:
