This build uses a classic Mixte frame from 1987. The paint is original with a little touchup. My favorite part is the Sram Automatix 2 speed freewheel hub. With the skinny tires it's the fastest bike in my stable.
The Kendas are smooth. I laced the wheels with 2 red spokes to one silver.
The hub shifts at about 10 mph.
I left my homemade brake bracket unpainted. The bike was made for 27" wheels so it needed this to use 26" wheels.
