Ruff Cycles Lucky steel frame was discontinued several years ago. This is in great shape. Powdercoated rootbeer still very good condition. Comes with sealed BB, seatpost, rigid front fork. 1 inch head tube. Ships from Ontario, Canada K9J 4 S9
