Thanks, that panoramic picture was taken with a camera phone. I uploaded a few more photos from that dirty alley.

I'm not sure. We pulled up at about 6:00 am and they were building the fire. We got a few photos, but they didn't turn out they way I wanted.


While we shot pictures, we were able to watch them get everything prepared. We stopped by again before we left and it was heating up and all of the juices were ooozing out. It smelled wonderful. They said that they wouldn't be serving it up until 3:00 pm this afternoon. I think that they do it every week.

I had a couple of vacations get in the way during July, and I did some slacking. I didn't get the chainguard and seat finished until yesterday.
