I absolutely love that Shelby!!!!!
+1 that tank is way too cool for school

Here is my couple of Melvern Stars, Australian made bikes.
The kids bike doesn't have an original seat or rims and I don't
think she is very old maybe 70's. The old blue one a different
story, again non original rims and seat but pretty sure she is
50's if not 40's vintage!

Love the patina on this bike, note the BSA crank and the old school reflector.

...my favorite old bike, ride it everyday 6-10 miles when weather permits.(only rain, snow, ice or extreme cold stop me) Bought this bent up frame from a junk pile of old bikes a guy was gonna scrap. Think it's a Huffy; ..I used parts from at least 10 different bikes to put it together. It's got 5 speeds which makes it very enjoyable to ride. It seems to me that no 2 bikes ever ride exactly the same; do you guys agree? I've got brand new bikes that don't ride as nice as this one.
Here it is on my favorite bike trail a few days ago.

Thanks Kingfish for adding it. Sorry to say though the patina is gone. All the painted pieces are atleast in primer and plated parts are at the metal plate shop being plated.

Should be a TwinFlex by end of February if not sooner.
