Saved from the Scrap

My uncle called me last night and told me he had a scrap trailer with a couple bikes including a Schwinn for sure .I went after school today and we pulled them all out.
I don't have quality pictures but here they are :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I took these off that huffy. need to be replated. They bring quite good money right?

Also, some pulley thing had all this chain on it. AWESOME

Did I mention that my uncle wouldn't let me give him anything for all this??? I have the coolest uncle :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Man what a score. The bars and the huffy mag sprocket should bring a few bucks. All types of great bikes there. Lots of rat projects in the making.Well done !

Nice saves, Looks like with a little clean up some of those would be really nice, Especially that red Schwinn American with the basket and the blue Tornado. also that chopper fork brings back so many childhood memories. I remember chopping mom's lawn chair and hammering pieces of it over the fork legs and drilling a hole for the wheel's axle to ride in.

Safe, fun, cheap..... pick two. :mrgreen:
