Picked up this Trek Earl (54cm) several months ago. Got a good deal on it. The only thing original on it was the frame, fork and brakes,
So I built it up the way I wanted it.
Raceface Atlas stem, handlebars, grips and pedals
Origin8 crank and brake levers
Brooks saddle
Thomson seat post
44t chainring
Shimano 17t freewheel
Rides and handles great
Thanks for looking
Enjoy

My guess is nope. Its influence appears to be derived from the twin toptubes of the Rollfast Middleweight and/or Raleigh Retroglide. Only the person who designed it can truly answer that though. Even so, sometimes people in the Bike World subconsciously design or name something that has been before,
