Made a new shifter today.
Just random parts from the shelf.

Made a quick stand from a chimney dampers adjustment rod.
Seems to work fine.
I had another idea also but I quess I'll store that for some later bike.

I quess it is nice to have some kind of saddle bag or something to put your stuff in. So I made one isin an old saddle as the frame.
It is removable so I can take if off when not needed.
