Not sure what this is for? I found it this way and have yet to figure out what it’s for... display? Rare accessory ?

Really not sure but I'd imagine it's missing a cushion and would be some kind of bolt on back rest.

Never seen one. Maybe it was a display rack at the Schwinn shop. They were known to make some elaborate displays. It looks like the electric element from my smoker.
