I just got one like this, cleaned it up and gave it to one of my nieces. Here's a "before". This color of blue Schwinn is easily the most common color on 70's Schwinns in Kansas City. Have had at least 6 since 2006.
Great bike CCR. Those were some of the most popular Schwinns of all time.
Yours looks like a 67-8-9 somewhere in there. 2nd digit will probably be C, D, or E.
The date on the Sturmey will tell you for sure.
Great bike to ride or restore. Yours is Sky Blue and it's a Standard Breeze, not a Deluxe.
Skoda's is a Deluxe, or would be if it was a little earlier- they might have dropped painted fenders by 1977, which is my guess at the year on his (dip chainguard).
Either way they're great bikes, very comfortable. My wife rode her Burgundy 1972 last week in the Guilford, CT ride.
Adjustment on the shifter cable is very important- when in doubt, tighten it a little! Good luck with it and if you need anything for one or have any questions feel free to ask.

should clean up great, the resale shop didnt even try to put air in the tires or pull the vines off the rear hub  ---> $10
it was so cheap i didnt even look at the serial, from the eye stabber brake levers id say its a 67. but the serial will tell me fo sho. probly just gonna flip it for some spare change. just needs the brakes adjusted, paint looks great with a couple spots on the fenders, the fender braces are the worst thing about this bike.
Whats wrong with the braces? They look clean. I see ones bent on front, I had the same problem with my fenders I just put on "Fix This" I just took a hammer and carefully pounded it straight while it was on the bike. Worked great. I also wire wheeled mine because they were very rusty, then I cleared them. Good luck with the resale.
