My neighbor asked me if I wanted some old bikes. He said free but I didn't feel comfortable on the Corvette, so I gave up some cash for that one.

The Schwinn is either a '54 or '56 according to the serial number site. It says they duplicated that number.

Here they were the way I dragged them home...

Some soap, water, and air up the tires and I'm riding an all original (including tires I think) schwinn around the block.

I also aquired a complete, homemade 4 wheeled pedal bike and a rolling frame 4 wheeler but that's gonna need it's own thread.
 
You'll never hear me complain! :)

The pixie is a cool little bike for sure. My daughter (grown) rode it up and down the driveway. It just needs a different seat.

I like the Corvette a lot. I think it's a keeper. I think the rear might be a manual two speed? Its a bendix but not a red band or kick back. The axle is hollow. I'll post a couple pics shortly...
