Schwinn Cruiser 5 Value

Picked this April of 1980 built Schwinn Cruiser 5 Speed today. A bit of surface rust that I can buff out pretty easily. 5 Speed with rear drum brake.All complete but needs tires, chain, cables and the seat is a bit crooked. Will clean up well.

Looking for a ballpark on what to list it for. The only ones on ebay are in much better shape and round the $900 range

Awesome! I got it for next to nothing so I'm not losing out. Figured it'd be around the $250-350ish range. Didn't even think to check the sold ebay ads

Not so sure I'd throw the word "easily" around when it comes to that level of rust. I'd probably give all of those parts a citric acid bath in order to remove the rust

Aside from the wheels it's got much much less rust than the Speedster I just did. Lots of Naval Jelly, White vinegar, and elbow grease
