Schwinn henderson bicycle

It looks to me like a pretty much original '41 DX. Neck and rims are the only thing I see that's "odd". I would think $400-$500 but what do I know? 8) I restored one just like it and it's for sale for $850.
And by the way, Ignaz Schwinn didn't have a partner after he bought out Arnold in the early teens. Schwinn bought the Henderson Motorcycle Co. They owned it, that's how the Henderson name got on that badge. Schwinn closed down the Schwinn, Henderson, and Excelsior Motorcycle Co's they owned in the 20's after one of their test drivers/racers was killed. Closing these 3 companies is probably what saved Harley Davidson from extinction. Gary
