Schwinn High flange hub

Any tips on removing the free wheel sproket from a high flange Schwinn paramount hub?

Are you telling us that the rim and spokes have been removed?

I know the three piece (steel center body and aluminum flanges) Paramount track hubs well. There was also the cassette style all steel hub used on some of the old Paramount's. Then they switched to Campagnolo Hubs. This assumes you are not talking about a more modern bike or hub. What is it you have? Again is it still laced up? how to get the freewheel/cog off depends on these factors.
