Not really much of a build here but I like the way things turned out so I had to share.

Bought this Majestic from a fellow Rat Rod Biker.

Unfortunately UPS got a bit rough and put a whammo in the rear fender. No worries tho.

Started throwing around some parts at it as I wondered thru the shop.

So I ended up with the original frame, fork, fenders, crank, sprocket, bearings and misc hardware. Swapped the wheels to a pair of Monarks I had with some used white walls. Neck and bars are from a Schwinn 26" so there wider with script Schwinn grips. Seat is from something unknown. Found a old basket and some used Schwinn pedals. Broke the bike down and did a full service on the bearings and now I cant stop cruising!

That's a beautiful bike...excellent work on bringing out the patina. 8)

Fill the hole in the rim with epoxy. Pack it full and sand it smooth. Just make sure that if the inner lip is gone that you retain it when you shape and sand the epoxy.
