Schwinn part size ???s

I am working on two projects. They are a speedster and a breez4e both of which are late 60's. The breeze needs a headset and crank set. Are most schwinn bikes interchangable as far as these parts go. Also, how do I tell what size fork trusses to get. I like that look and would like to have it on both projects. Thanx for the time.

The headsets should be interchangeable BUT not w/newer bikes or other brands. Should be OK up into the '70's, anything w/solid forks.

The crank bearings aren't interchangeable with anything, I ruined a few cranks before I figured that one out.
