Schwinn, Rixe scooter, and my moms Huffy.

While cleaning out the basement of my former home I found an old Rixe scooter, an old Schwinn kids bike, and my dear moms Huffy. She used to ride around the neighborhood with my 6 foot long boa constricter in the front basket! I also found an old Delta rear fender light still in the box with instructions and mounting hardware still in the tiny manilla envelope! :mrgreen:

I love the scooter. I have 4 of them that the grandkids ride when they visit. 3 curb cruisers and a Kent. Those BMX scooters are hard to find and if you do they want a fortune. Got no more than 5 bucks each in the ones i have.

This ones a Rixe, pretty darn old, and it has the rear foot brakes along with the front hand brake that pushes a rubber pad down onto the top of the tire via a spring loaded "piston" thingy, the rear brake basically works the same. OH crap! my Beast came in! Gotta go!
