Just picked up this March 1977 Scrambler. Here's how it came to me:

I plan to cut it up and weld an OCC chopper rear triangle to it, then sand off the original paint and let it rust.

Yes! That's EXACTLY what I would do with it too!................

The ironic thing is...I know a guy locally that also has this exact bike...same color and all. He's been trying to decide whether he should sell it or not.
 
If he doesn't come through, we'll talk.

I raised the seat and pushed the bars forward so that I could ride it. What a blast! That was probably the first time I've been on a 20" banana seat bike since about the same time this one was new! I tried a few wheelies but that will take a bit more practice to get that skill back.:21: The coaster brake is far superior to any of my other bikes also.
