Found this at an upscale junk store for $100.- it's still there. Serial number does not work in the look up tool. So pre fire than? What year and do you think it's worth going back for?

Thanks I n advance for your thoughts.

24" wheels? They look 24, which lowers the value a bit. I would pay 20 for it, but i am cheap!

It does look small in the photo but I thought they were 26" when I was there. 24 would be more or less value than 26 you think? I'm guessing less.

They hold less value unfortunately. Seem to be the in between size, too big for small kids yet too small for adults. Looks 24 in the pic, but it could be the angle? If its 26 i would try and snag it up, and always haggle!

The chain guard reads typhoon. The fenders are pretty clean and free of dents. Sounds like I am talking myself into it. However the seat post is probably stuck.

March 4th, 1964. The lookup tool misses that because there's a typo in the list. It should read C416699 instead of C416899, that left a gap where yours would go.

I think it's a 24" also because of the height of the head tube. They only made one size in each, 20, 24, and 26 in the Typhoon, and it's shorter looking than the 26".
Unless it was left out in the sun, that red paint may come back nice and bright.
It's your call on the value.
