Saw the color and had to have it. It's I think from the 70s. It has a Montgomery Ward headbage. Cleaned up really nice. Paid $25. Rides perfect. Was missing the chainguard, but had one sort of similar. 3 speed. Can't wait til summer w/ this bad boy!

 
Nice and clean 3 speed. Just be careful trying to brake when it rains.
 
Good looking bike. (I'd call it a lightweight,not a cruiser....) That color is straight out of the 70's...

Why would you say that about the brakes, Kingfish? I never had much of a problem in the rain with my old Schwinns, just like disc brakes, you gotta wipe the water off the rims with the first application of the brakes, then they work fine.. I don't ride in rain anymore, at least we never have any in central Texas when I am home.. I never was a fan of the steel calipers and brake handles, they felt junky compared to my Weinnman Schwinn stuff. (yup, I was a Schwinn snob as a kid..lol)
