Fabbed up a little fork project for a bicycle buddy. Really didn't know how this would turn out. Started with a piece of square tube from a wrecked motorcycle trailer with a slight radius from the impact. Halfed it freehand with my plasma cutter and burned the bottle shapes and the X's. Plasma cut the crowns and surgically removed the dropouts and welded it all together. I should have taken some pictures of the process but I get so absorbed and dirty to stop and shoot progress pics.

:shock: WoW I love the look and it fits the my style you did a really good job on the forks I cant wait till my club brothers see it this is now a true CHOPADERO-NOMAD bike now thank you very much Ray ill see you on Saturday morning
 
Has anyone ever seen this lightning bolt frame before? How many are out there? Who knows what?
