Sears Spyder 24" dating help!

Hey folks. I received this Spyder a month or two ago, and still don't know its year to this very day. I'm thinking late 60s, but I want to know the TRUE date for this ride . Any help is appreciated.

68-69 seems like the only years for that frame style on a spyder. 67 had a canti style frame and 70 had no middle bar. Hope this helps a little
