Found this dumpster diving. missing front wheel cables and fenders,sissy bar and seat. Are these valuable? I am thinking of using the rear wheel with drum brake on a old Columbia frame that I picked up.

I have that drum brake!
I traded skoda for it.
It's neat, but only has 28 spokes, I'll use it, not sure with what yet though.
