At least thats what I think it is, it jumped on my car on the way home from work, it has a cool chainlink front tire, I like the pedals, had to tape the seat so it wouldn't blow off down the road, need a chainguard and a seat and I think I have a decent front wheel as this one needs some love. Has some good parts, haven't decided what I am doing with it yet.
