Seat stain removal

Hello! I picked up a Columbia Twosome and the seats have rust stains that seem to have penetrated the vinyl. Is there a remedy for removal/cleaning? I tried Comet. No luck. Then I tried lemon and salt. No luck...

If it is through the pores of the vinyl it wont scrub off like surface stuff does; you are probably out of luck.

what color is the seat?. dupont makes a real nice vinyl spray that works great and lasts. not sure what colors they have.
