neat bike. clean and looks like that seat goes right at home on it. whatever it is, looks like it was built by murray by looks of the frame and chainring. just a guess though, as back then, murray made bikes for a few different brands (ie. jch, western flyer, and others)

Great find, Buzzy! If I am right, then that particular bike actually had a fender ornament on those bolt holes- it looked sort of like a fighter jet and was made out of silver and red plastic. I have one from a Columbia of the same period on a shelf, I will be sure to post a picture of it later today. I
